Darin Boysen was selected as the Nebraska Coaches Association Executive Director in the Spring of 2011.  Before his arrival at the NCA, he served as an Assistant Director for the Nebraska School Activities Association for five years where he served as the Director of the Nebraska State Wrestling Championships, web page content manager, and helped in the administration of several other state championships. He served on the national rules committee for the sport of wrestling and the National Federation’s Spirit of Sport Award.

Before coming to Lincoln he was a social studies teacher and coach at North Bend Central High School for 15 years.  While at North Bend, he coached several sports including wrestling as the head coach.

Recently, Darin was elected to a two year term as the Region 6 Director of the National High School Athletic Coaches Association.  He serves on the board of the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame and also serves on the Lincoln Safe Kids Sports Prevention Task Force.

Darin’s s wife Tina is a 4th grade teacher at Koozer Elementary School in Lincoln.  Darin and Tina have two daughters: Jordan, 11 and Hailey 9.  He is being introduced by one of his former wrestlers Chad Mattox
